Once your order is placed, this item will go through our quality checking department before being dispatched. The item is then collected by our courier who will contact you 1 or 2 days before they would like to deliver. If you are unable to take delivery on the suggested date, then you are able to re-arrange to a more suitable date with them.
Delivery is with our premium 2-person delivery service where they will deliver to your room of choosing and all packaging is taken away.
For any none GB mainland deliveries, we are unfortunately unable to offer the packaging removal service and delivery may take longer than 4 weeks.
