Our Return and Refund Policy
Returning Made to Order Furniture
We ask that you check all furniture as it arrives and sign the Proof of Delivery (POD) as confirmation that you are happy with the condition of your furniture.
Our quality control team conducts rigorous checks before your furniture leaves our warehouse. However, if you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please inform our delivery partners and contact us directly at 0161 834 1795 or sales@desser.co.uk. We will endeavour to either replace the item or arrange for our furniture repair specialist to correct the issue.
If your item is damaged, we request that you send photographs of the issue to sales@desser.co.uk, quoting your order number.
Please retain the furniture so we can arrange for its collection; do not send it back with the driver. To facilitate collection, the product must be repackaged, ideally in the original packaging.
You have 30 days from the date of accepting your furniture delivery to inform us if you notice any faults or damages in order to receive a full refund, repair, or replacement. Simply contact us at sales@desser.co.uk or call 0161 834 1795 and we will arrange the best solution with you.
You have 14 days from the date of accepting your furniture delivery to inform us if you have changed your mind and wish to return the item. Please contact us at sales@desser.co.uk or call 0161 834 1795, and we will arrange collection and refund the full price of the returned items, less the applicable return fee listed in the table below.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
To return items smaller than 1 meter in length, you must retain the original packaging. Goods must be boxed. If the box has been discarded, it must be replaced, or we will be unable to collect the item.

What is Made to Order Furniture?
A made-to-order item is any of our indoor cane or wicker furniture that includes a custom cushion. All these items are customised to your taste using one of our over 30 fabric options. Once your order is placed, our expert pattern cutters and upholsterers begin crafting your custom cushions.
Returning Non-Made to Order Products
You have 14 days from the date of accepting your delivery to inform us if you have changed your mind and wish to return the item. Please contact us at sales@desser.co.uk or call 0161 834 1795, and we will arrange the collection and refund of the item.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
We will repair, exchange, or offer a full refund and collection for any goods received in a faulty condition. Additionally, if an incorrect item has been sent, return and exchange will be free of charge. However, if you are returning an item because you have simply changed your mind, the full price of the items will be refunded minus the applicable return fee listed below.

How Can I Cancel My Made to Order Furniture
Once you place your order you will receive a 14-calendar day grace period to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order after the cancellation window, please contact us directly on 0161 834 1795
How Can I Amend My Order?
Please contact us directly on 0161 834 1795, we will try our best to assist you. However, there may be an additional fee if your upholstery has been crafted.
You can change your contact and delivery details at any point throughout the order process.
What If My Order Arrives With Faults?
If your order arrives with any damages or faults, please let us know as soon as possible and send over images detailing the issues.
After a quick assessment, we can determine whether you need a replacement or if we can arrange a visit with you and Homeserve Furniture Repair specialists, who can repair on-site.
