How it works
Throughout September, all orders with a total value of at least £1000 will be automatically entered into a prize draw.
On 3rd October, we'll randomly select one eligible order to receive a refund of their full order value.
Qualifying purchases can be made either online at desser.co.uk, or at one of our participating stockists across the country.
If you've purchased directly from Desser, one of our sales agents will notify you by phone or email to arrange the refund. If you purchased from a stockist, they will contact you directly.

The winner will be drawn on 3rd October 2025, and notified via phone call and email. We'll then announce the winner publicly on our social media platforms.
Yes, only orders over £1000 purchased and paid for during September 2025 will qualify.

Terms and conditions of entry
- Promoter: Desser & Co. Ltd, The Parkway Centre, Longbridge Road, Trafford Park, Manchester M17 1SN.
- Eligibility: Open to UK residents aged 18+. Employees of the promoter or its affiliates are excluded.
- Entry Mechanism: Automatic entry upon purchase of a qualifying order (minimum value £1000) from the retailer or participating stockists. If purchase occurs at a stockist and non-Desser items are included in the order, the total value of the Desser items must be at least £1000.
- Draw Details: One winner will be selected at random on 3rd October 2025 from all qualifying entries paid for during September 2025.
- Prize: Full refund of the winning order’s value, credited to the original payment method or via cheque/bank transfer.
- Stockist Orders: If the winning order was placed via a stockist, the refund will be issued to the stockist, who will be responsible for crediting the customer.
- Winner Notification: Winner will be contacted via email within 7 days of the draw. If unresponsive after 14 days, a new winner will be drawn.
- Publicity: Winner may be asked to participate in promotional activity. Consent will be requested.
- Data Protection: Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- General: The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time and for any reason, such as a low volume of qualifying entries. Full legal terms apply.
