Don't just take our word for it...

Could not fault the build quality of furniture- very well made, extremely comfortable and great lumbar support and cushioning. Materials all first class. Service was very good, delivery drivers were very good and took all packaging away and the overall price was competitive given the high quality. Very happy customers!

I’ve just been in to view the show room in Trafford park and ordered x2 of these gorgeous chairs! The service was amazing, and they were so helpful regarding measurements and delivery. Definitely recommend!

Excellent service! I am delighted with my new conservatory cushions. They are terrific quality and feel (suddenly realised how baggy my old ones had got!). Lovely shade and good advice from Desser about the fabric. An easy firm to contact by phone, and efficient in dealings. Very well packed . All in all, worth every star in the five stars.

Extensive display in large showroom, allowed to browse with no pressure, but on hand to answer our questions, just measuring up at home before placing an order. Bonus family of well behaved geese wondering around the car park!

Everything about the Desser experience is 5*. I ordered some sample materials which really helped me decide what fabric best suited my conservatory. I could have bought cheaper furniture but Desser offers really comfortable seating. This is my second purchase as last year I bought chairs for my summerhouse and was so satisfied with that experience that I didn't look anywhere else for my conservatory this year. All my visitors are extremely impressed and for myself I now have a choice of comfortable seating areas. Thank you to all involved from start to finish.

Beautiful conservatory furniture, amazing choice, easy ordering, notification of delivery and carefully unpacked and put into place. Highly recommend.
