Excellent service! I am delighted with my new conservatory cushions. They are terrific quality and feel (suddenly realised how baggy my old ones had got!). Lovely shade and good advice from Desser about the fabric. An easy firm to contact by phone, and efficient in dealings. Very well packed . All in all, worth every star in the five stars.

Extensive display in large showroom, allowed to browse with no pressure, but on hand to answer our questions, just measuring up at home before placing an order. Bonus family of well behaved geese wondering around the car park!

Everything about the Desser experience is 5*. I ordered some sample materials which really helped me decide what fabric best suited my conservatory. I could have bought cheaper furniture but Desser offers really comfortable seating.
